Where do you ship?
I ship to the UK, USA and Canada only. Due to EU GPSR regulations, I am currently unable to ship the Northern Ireland.
When will my order ship?
For made to order items, please check individual listings for turnaround times. Ready made items will ship within 1 - 3 working days. If your order contains both made to order and ready made items, they will be shipped together with the longest turnaround time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After your order has shipped, I have no control over how long it takes for the delivery company to deliver your parcel and cannot guarantee a specific date. As a guide, for the UK it can take around 1 – 4 business days and for USA and Canada it can take 1 – 3 weeks.
How much is postage?
Shipping costs are calculated as below. You can view the shipping cost in your basket before proceeding to checkout. All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
UK
Parcels usually take 1 - 4 working days to arrive after dispatch but please allow 10 working days for potential delays by Royal Mail.
Large letter items:
Sent via Royal Mail 1st class - £2.50
Small parcel items:
Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.75
USA
All USA orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked with tariff duties paid at checkout so you will not have to pay anything extra when the parcel arrives in the US. Orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Canada
All Canada orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked. Orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
